3.1. Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information necessary for the delivery of services by Buzz Traffic LLC.

3.2. Clients agree to cooperate with Buzz Traffic LLC and provide timely feedback and approvals as required.

4.1. All intellectual property created by Buzz Traffic in the course of providing services to clients shall remain the property of Buzz Traffic unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

5.1. Buzz Traffic LLC agrees to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information provided by clients, and clients agree to do the same concerning confidential information of Buzz Traffic

6. Termination

6.1. Either party may terminate the service agreement upon written notice if the other party breaches any material term of the agreement and fails to remedy such breach within a reasonable period.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Buzz Traffic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

8. Governing Law

8.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed by the laws of the United States without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
