Cancellation & Refund

  1. Clients may cancel their monthly service subscription at any time by providing a 15-day cancellation notice before the billing date.
  2. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. However, no reimbursement will be delivered if the agreement is canceled during the current month.
  3.    Refunds will not be issued for any third-party expenses incurred on behalf of the client, such as advertising costs or software subscriptions.
  4. Refunds are not applicable if the client signs up with another company in the middle of the service month.
  5.   If the client fails to provide Buzz Traffic with necessary access for SEO purposes or remains inactive, no refunds will be provided. 
  6. No refund will be granted if the client fails Buzz Traffic advice and approvals for specific changes (“White Hat” only), such as SEO research methods, changing web content, keyword optimization, webpage analysis method, website connectivity, and structure.
  7. We do not take responsibility for any delays on Google’s end.
  8. Once the customer approves the mock-up designs and the project moves into the testing stages, no payout will be refunded.
  9. We strictly do not cater to cancellations for special event-related services our sales team arranges. These are limited-time offers that cannot be canceled without at least 30 days’ notice.
  10. Although Optimization for Search Engines (SEO) and other online marketing packages are non-refundable, the client may cancel by providing notice in writing 15 days in advance.
  11. We do not repay funds or payouts for projects that have been inactive, neglected, or vacant for more than 30 days.
